O projétil Nosler AccuBond Long Range é especificamente projetado para caça em longa distância, com uma cauda de barco otimizada e ogiva secante para um coeficiente balístico máximo. A construção do núcleo soldado funde a jaqueta de liga de cobre ao núcleo de chumbo para uma expansão confiável e alta retenção de peso. Ao contrário dos projéteis AccuBond padrão, a versão Long Range apresenta um perfil de expansão mais agressivo otimizado para as velocidades mais baixas encontradas à distância. Este projétil se destaca em distâncias superiores a 400 jardas, onde projéteis de caça convencionais podem não se expandir de maneira confiável. É a escolha dos caçadores sérios de longa distância que buscam caça de montanha e espécies de campo aberto.
