IMR 8133 Enduron is a slow-burning rifle propellant ideally suited for magnum calibers. With its slow burn rate, it is exceptionally well suited for larger cartridges, especially in high-energy applications involving rifles. This powder is extruded in form, ensuring consistent grain size for reliable metering, though care in handling during weighing and dispensing is advised for precision. Featuring Enduron technology, 8133 provides excellent temperature stability across a range of conditions, minimizing velocity variations typically associated with temperature changes. Commonly paired with calibers such as the 300 Winchester Magnum, 7mm Remington Magnum, and 338 Lapua Magnum, this powder maximizes performance by offering a stable pressure curve and high velocity potential. For handloaders developing loads, IMR 8133 Enduron offers easy ignition and excellent case fill characteristics, reducing the risk of secondary explosive effect (SEE) in large cases.
